ABOUT THE TEAM

The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Preferably experienced in using DLP (Data Loss Prevention) tools with the ability to create, implement, and manage policies using these tools.
- Daily follow-up of responsible reports.
- Ability to manage risks and approach processes with a risk management perspective.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of DLP tools, identify security vulnerabilities, and provide detailed reports.
- Knowledge in data protection (KVKK/GDPR) and information security.
- Ability to identify potential risks and develop preventive strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Quickly respond to security incidents and effectively manage DLP violations.
- Actively improve data security and create action plans following breaches.
- Develop training and awareness programs to educate employees on data security and DLP policies.
- Ensure policies and security processes to comply with legal requirements and regulatory standards.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with all departments.

Qualities We Are Looking For

- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Clear and concise verbal/written communication and data reporting skills
- Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Motivated self-starter who works well individually and able to work effectively with multiple teams

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
