We are seeking a Content Marketer who not only understands the complexities of modern manufacturing and engineering but can also effectively communicate our capabilities to a global audience. The ideal candidate is either an engineer with a flair for marketing or a marketer with a strong interest in manufacturing and engineering. You will be responsible for creating and managing content that educates, engages, and converts potential customers across various digital platforms.
Qualifications
Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, etc.), Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and engineering principles.
• Proven experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to simplify and effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English is a must for this role. Candidates are required to read and write at a near-native level. Candidates who can listen and speak fluently are at a near-native level are expected to show proficiency during the interviews.

Nice-to-have:

• Master’s degree or Ph D in Engineering, preferably, in manufacturing.
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
• Familiarity with CAD software and the ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous experience in managing B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong interest in content marketing trends and digital marketing strategies.

Job Description

• Create high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates, focused on manufacturing technologies, processes, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging content.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to the Rototip website.
• Manage and grow Rototip’s social media presence, engaging with followers and industry influencers.
• Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement with existing contacts.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor content to ensure Rototip remains a thought leader in manufacturing.
