Customer Accounts Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Accounts Specialist to join our team in our company, located in Tuzla.

Qualifications

Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Finance Departments of Universities,
At least 2 years of experience in receivables management, finance or treasury,
Having knowledge of basic accounting and finance operations,
Able to use MS Office and SAP applications effectively,
Fluent in English.

Job Description

Carrying out all customer collection (transfer, DBS, letter of credit, cheque, etc.) and collateral methods (mortgage, DBS, letter of credit, receivable insurance, letter of credit, etc.) records and operations together with finance experts in a sector with high competition and receivable risk,
Acting as a contact person with customers regarding their current accounts, collections and guarantees,
Company procedure, ERP system calculation, monitoring and controlling the approval mechanism in full compliance with the Holding receivable risk procedure,
Making use of banking products to the maximum benefit of the company in customer collateral and collection processes in cooperation with financial experts and the relevant bank,
Supporting customer collections for cash flow management together with financial experts,
Invoicing customers in accordance with laws and procedures, reconciling current accounts with customers and recording customer account journal entries in accordance with procedures.
