We are looking for a colleague who will work as a "Internal Audit Manager" to be employed in our Kibar Group companies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields,
  • Strong knowledge and in-depth understanding of accounting, finance, risk-based auditing (Tax, costing, IFRS knowledge is an asset),
  • Ability to assess strategic, business and process risks with strong multi-tasking, reporting, analysis and presentation skills,
  • Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong influencing and negotiating competence,
  • Having an analytical, process-minded, organized and problem-solving mindset with an attention to detail and a broad business perspective,
  • Ability to work with deadlines and use own initiative with a positive can-do attitude,
  • Proficiency in risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies,
  • Having an internal audit and/or other professional certificate is an asset (CIA, CRMA, CFE, CISA, CPA),
  • Having data analytics knowledge (SQL, Phyton, R) will be an asset,
  • Ability to easily adapt changes and new circumstances,
  • Advanced level of proficiency in English both written and spoken,
  • Ability to optimize performance and quality through team skills and experience,
  • No travel restrictions.
Job Description
  • Manage and perform risk-based audit engagements of key business processes in line with audit plans throughout the company's domestic and international operations and subsidiaries by applying global internal auditing standards,
  • Identify key risks and controls within business processes, review and evaluate overall internal controls to determine the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information,
  • Review, analyze and assess the compliance of operational and financial activities with the laws, regulations, relevant legislation, internal strategy, company policy/procedures and other internal regulations during the audit activities by taking into account effectiveness and efficiency aspects,
  • Follow up on action plan progress and ensure that the recommendations are implemented in a timely manner as committed or Senior Management is aware of the risks, if recommended actions are not implemented,

  • Develop audit plan with supporting risk assessment and resource proposals
  • Performs projects/consulting assignments and task(investigations, due diligences, etc.) as per defined scope to support the management in achieving the organization objectives and mitigation of risks,
  • Report the audit observations within given timelines to Executive Management and the Audit Committee and develop/proposes value added recommendations,
  • Be an ambassador for the Internal Audit Vice Presidency, capable of thought leadership, high performance, business partnering and comfortable interacting with Group Executives and the Audit Committee as needed,
  • Monitor and track changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to tax, data protection, competition law, sanctions, ethics and other compliance requirements,
  • Develop effective working relationships with all levels of stakeholders and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, legal, finance, and operations, to provide guidance on compliance matters,
  • Provide insight on compliance with company policies and procedures and regulations, and recommends improvements,
  • Develop herself / himself and the team to maintain the continuous improvement spirit in the department,
  • Liaise with Risk, Legal and other functions, to deliver integrated recommendations,
  • Undertake other responsibilities and projects as required by the Internal Audit Vice Presidency,
