Job Description:
We are an international company headquartered in China, engaged in the rental of aerial work platforms and construction materials (such as scaffolding). We have a branch in Turkey and are currently seeking an experienced Import Business Manager. This position is responsible for managing and operating import business activities, ensuring smooth import processes in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Import Management: Manage the entire import process, including the signing of import contracts, tracking of goods transportation, and coordination of import customs clearance.
2. Supplier Management: Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and actively develop new suppliers to ensure the stability and diversity of goods supply.
3. Cost Control: Monitor import costs, optimize logistics solutions, and ensure cost reduction while maintaining quality.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Understand and comply with local import laws and regulations, ensuring all import activities are lawful.
5. Market Analysis: Collect and analyze relevant data on the local market, providing analysis reports on market trends and competition.
6. Communication and Coordination: Maintain close communication with the headquarters in China and the branch in Turkey to ensure accurate and timely information transfer.
7. Document Management: Manage and maintain all import-related documents and records, ensuring their completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of experience in import business, with experience in the local market preferred.
3. Familiar with local import laws and regulations and logistics supply chain management.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, able to effectively handle various business relationships.
5. Strong data analysis skills, capable of conducting market and cost analysis.
6. Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a multinational team.

• 7. Fluent in Turkish and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
