Job Description
REQUIREMENT LIST
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics,Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or relevant fields. MBA is a plus,
- Ability to diagnostic issues and being problem solver,
- Ability to extract insights and follow impacts,
- 3 years of work experience,
- Strong research and data visualization skills,
- Analytical mind, good with numbers,
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Data Studio etc. and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets,
- Advanced reporting and presentation skills,
- Passionate about e-commerce and logistics / Understanding of logistics processes and ability to translate it into application requirements,
- Good Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Looker ext.
- High-level of written and spoken English
Qualifications
- Proactively finding areas for improvement backed up by data, are innovative in seeking the best solution and execute in a timely and considered manner,
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide reports to make efficient recommendations for the logistics operations (e.g. cost-benefit,forecasting, impact analysis)
- Supporting the roll-out of new products and features in your country which are aimed at improving our users’ experience, logistics performance and operational efficiency,
- Conduct thorough A/B testing to ensure a seamless delivery experience,
- Proactively work together with other stakeholders to communicate data-based insights,
- Identify,analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
