Customer Service Coordinator – Istanbul, Turkey
FMC is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to lead our Order to Cash process and oversee the Customer Service team in Istanbul. If you have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, along with experience in customer service or order management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Order to Cash & Logistics: Manage the Order to Cash process and collaborate with the local warehouse on shipments, stock reconciliations, and ensuring the quality of materials like raw ingredients and packaging.
- Tolling Operations: Coordinate tolling operations in Turkey, serving as the local point of contact and ensuring smooth collaboration with vendors.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach the Customer Service team, addressing customer and sales team complaints while continuously improving operations.
- Process & Compliance: Oversee QR code and GTS tag tracking, handle invoice management, and ensure collaboration with technical teams in Europe.
- Client Engagement & Travel: Occasionally visit clients or vendors for quality checks and new projects.
