Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support the Colors business in Turkey. You will carry out customers daily operations, order to deliver process to ensure order is delivered on time in full. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in the office, 5 days per week.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate customer communication, receive orders via e-mails, follow-up on requirements / with production and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status
- Complete required system transactions and ensure order is delivered on time in full
- Organize shipments, provide customer requirements to internal departments and ensure internal communication
- Ensure proforma invoices are approved and all necessary export documents are provided on time
- Ensure that internal planning is carried out effectively for customer orders and keep master data up-to-date
- Bachelors degree in related departments
- Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
