Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team at Vitrin Clinic. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including dental assistants, translators, and administrative staff, while following treatment plans set by the head doctor.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team at Vitrin Clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments, while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including dental assistants, translators, and administrative staff, while following treatment plans set by the head doctor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform treatment plans as decided by the head doctor.
- Provide a range of dental services, including fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and cosmetic procedures.
- Administer anesthesia and perform surgical procedures when necessary.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest dental techniques, materials, and tools to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in team meetings for case management and continuous improvement of clinic operations.
- Education: Degree in Dentistry (DMD or DDS) from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing dentist, preferably in a clinic setting.
- Licenses: Valid dental license to practice in Turkey.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in performing various dental procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex treatments to patients.
- Fluency in Turkish and English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dental care.
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry.
- Experience working with international patients, especially in the health tourism sector.
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Saturday, with occasional weekend shifts as required.
