Under general supervision of the Depot Manager or other supervisory/management level position within the facility, responsible for facility infrastructure and its equipment properly operation, validation/qualification, maintenance, and improvements in compliance with the company internal procedures, policies and regulatory requirements.

• Investigate equipment incidents looking for root causes to propose preventive action to avoid the same incident to happen again.
  
• Assure equipment's properly operation, avoiding and keeping appropriate records.
  
• Perform periodically challenge tests to assure facility and equipment respond as expected in case of incident. (e.g. Power Failure Test, Alarm Test, etc)
  
• Manage maintenance program and supervise activities to assure equipment's proper operation, and keep appropriate records.
  
• Periodically write, print or generate reports (e.g. Temperature Report, Access Control Report, Facility inspection, Calibration report) to assure proper filled documentation.
  
• Manage calibration schedule and review certificates and results to assure facility instruments are kept calibrated within acceptable deviation range.
  
• Propose, plan, implement and record facilities and equipment changes, assuring change control and facility improvement.
  
• Review facility and equipment drawings and documentation to assure it is accurate.
  
• With QA and Engineering Support perform Temperature Mapping including protocol, temperature sensor placement, equipment configuration, reports and assessment.
  
• With QA and Engineering Support write IQ/OQ/PQ/PR protocols and reports.
  
• Support the Depot Manager on Budget/Capex and related opex items estimation and follow-up.
  
• Be available for on call duty in case of incident which the stored products are on risk.
  
• Work with and identifies vendors to acquire the best price and service for the facility’s needs.
  
• Report monthly the key performance indicators to Regional Facilities and Engineering
  
• Consults with other departments on design and use of equipment, fire prevention and safety program.
  
• Periodically inspect the facility to detect maintenance needs or potential accident and health hazards and recommends corrective or preventive measures where indicated.
  
• Work closely with Regional Facilities and Engineering to assist in the development of a projects charter outlining project design and/or implementation requirements.
  
• Generates timely and concise communication regarding projects status, risks and pending issues.
  
• Support in the development of supplier specifications and RFP’s, supports the contractual negotiations, and manage the execution of the plans outlined in the contracts.
  
• Manage engagement with external consultants and other outsourced resources and vendors that perform work associated with the assigned projects scope.

• Broad training in fields such as maintenance, warehousing, operations, business administration, accountancy, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  
• Normally requires three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience in the execution of preventive maintenance and operation programs, electric distribution, automation and control system.
  
• Desirable Technical vocational training or Engineering degree.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
  
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
  
• Ability to use good judgment to carry out detailed instructions.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  
• Knowledge of Auto CAD
  
• Commercial HVAC experience
  
• Fire safety and alarm systems experience
  
• Electrical installation experience
  
• Building Management system knowledge
  
• c GMP or Clean Room experience
  

Annual Salary range: 846 000 TRY - 1 127 000 TRY net
