Who Are We Looking For?

Graduates of bachelor's degree programs,
Proficient in English,
At least 5 years of experience in sales and distribution in the fast-moving consumer goods sector,
Experience in team management and leadership,
Ability to work target-oriented and maintain personal motivation in challenging processes,
High adaptability and communication skills, capable of working with different customer profiles (internal and external),
Strong planning and problem-solving skills, developed analytical thinking competence,
Active driver,
No travel restrictions,
Residing in or willing to relocate to Izmir

What Do We Expect?

Ensuring the responsible points are visited regularly and systematically according to the projected route plan with the team, taking orders, and achieving the company's internal sales, availability, and targets.
Monitoring the proper and regular delivery of the products ordered by the team in the responsible area, owning the collection process, and ensuring timely and regular collections.
Ensuring and controlling that the products are displayed according to the standards based on the sales points' demands within the team's responsibility area through business development activities.
Conducting and concluding agreement negotiations with points in the responsible region within the framework of company criteria and in full compliance with competition law rules.
Working with a quality and customer-focused approach in line with the company's vision, promptly reporting point and customer complaints to the relevant units, and ensuring the follow-up of the solution process. Checking the date and quality of the sold products and ensuring their accurate rotation.
Regularly analyzing market developments and creating development opportunities by sharing identified development areas and solution proposals with unit managers.
