IT & Business Support Specialist

As an IT and Business Support Specialist, you provide technical support to staff, assist with system implementation and maintenance, and help improve business processes through technology. You act as an interface between our company and the ERP manufacturer, offer first-class support, and significantly contribute to increasing efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the ERP manufacturer (LOGO Tiger) and internal key users to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Provision of technical support and regular system maintenance, including the company's tools, workflows, and evaluations.
• Reducing support from ERP vendors by building internal competencies and implementing standard solutions.
• Providing daily support and training to end users to resolve issues and optimize system usage. Monitor system performance and implement measures to improve system availability and efficiency.
• Be in contact with the mother company's IT counterpart to implement, develop, and adapt existing tools to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify areas for improvement. Analyzing business needs and aligning technology solutions.
• Understanding and developing or being in an active role in developing the MES system and reporting to the business needs.

Required Competencies

• Completed studies in the field of computer science/business administration with a high IT affinity or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in project management and management of ERP projects, preferably LOGO Tiger and/or SAP
• Experience in low-code platforms and ideally in PL/SQL, as well as knowledge of Visual C#
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, combined with an understanding and interest in process optimization
• Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks, from strategic issues to daily support
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
