Junior Regulatory Specialist

• Provide internal customers (sales, operations and/or other regulatory teams) and external customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious time-frame to meet commercial and customer requirements and expectations
• Create customer documents
• Maintain and manage request logs and use functionalities of internal SAP-based regulatory systems and databases
• Implement routine processes and procedures
• Work with commercial teams as guided to provide regulatory support in commercializing our products
• Assist regulatory specialists and managers as assigned

• Minimum University / Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, food, biological or physical sciences
• Preferred 1-2 years of regulatory experience in Flavours or Food or related industry
• Preferred working knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements
• Basic understanding of components of appropriate business processes and internal systems
• Basic knowledge of regulatory systems
• Business Fluency in English is a must and additional language is a plus
• Strong communication (both written and oral)
• Problem-solving and proactive mindset
