Junior Regulatory Specialist Taste & Wellbeing – Your future position? (Temporary at 80%)
You will be working for a company that touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day. Our passion for our customers - the big food & beverage companies - and their brands brings a new dimension to our Business to Business industry.
As Junior Regulatory Specialist you will work within our Taste & Wellbeing Regulatory Department in a team unit operating in in Eastern European markets (which span from Poland and Austria to Turkey, Russia and Central Asian countries). You will provide internal and external customers with regulatory information and documentation about Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing portfolio of products with clear accountability to ensure product safety and compliance.
You will have a temporary contract until 2027.
You will be based in either Istanbul or Vienna.

- Provide internal customers (sales, operations and/or other regulatory teams) and external customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious time-frame to meet commercial and customer requirements and expectations
- Create customer documents
- Maintain and manage request logs and use functionalities of internal SAP-based regulatory systems and databases
- Implement routine processes and procedures
- Work with commercial teams as guided to provide regulatory support in commercializing our products
- Assist regulatory specialists and managers as assigned

Your professional profile includes:
- Minimum University / Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, food, biological or physical sciences
- Preferred 1-2 years of regulatory experience in Flavours or Food or related industry
- Preferred working knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements
- Basic understanding of components of appropriate business processes and internal systems
- Basic knowledge of regulatory systems
- Business Fluency in English is a must and additional language is a plus
- Strong communication (both written and oral)
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset
- Customer Focus and drive for results.
