Qualifications:

• Preferably bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Import, Logistics and Supply Chain operations knowledg
• Minimum Upper Intermediate level of both written and spoken English.
• Very good command of Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic is a plus
• High customer focus and teamwork spirit
• Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issue
• Clear understanding of KPI and basic knowledge of KPI preparation

Job Description:

• Making material and logistics analysis, deciding mode of transport take into consideration pipeline and cost optimizing in automotive industry
• Following system up daily according to production needs
• To communicate regularly with the relevant business units
• Optimizing the stock level based on raw material logistics
• Making risk and root cause analysis for all supply chain process
• Making short, mid and long term risk analysing and reporting
• Analyzing and coordinating shipments in-transit before arrival the final destinations take in to consideration capacity, demurrage, storage cost
• Ensuring the shipment and follow-up of the vehicles coming up to the factory to the appropriate warehouses, the supply of vehicles
• Giving payment and customs clearance instruction
• Supporting daily, weekly and monthly reports and KPIs
• Managing serial and project parts' packaging design and their systematical process
• Providing packages optimization for internal / external logistics process or ergonomic.
