Job Description
- Responsible for the execution, control and development of all stages of payroll processes
- Managing a team of 2-3 people, providing training and monitoring performance.
- Ensuring that employee payrolls are processed correctly and relevant data is updated on time
- Correct and timely processing of salaries, legal deductions and other payments
- Updating payroll processes in accordance with legal regulations and preparing relevant reports (financial, legal and internal evaluation reports)
- Increasing the efficiency of processes and suggesting necessary improvements by collaborating with relevant departments (HR, Finance, etc.)
- Contributing to cost control and budgeting processes
- Minimum 7 years of Payroll background with 2 years of team management
- Managing the payroll processes of companies with a minimum of 1000+ employees and especially Blue Collar employees
- Intermediate level of English
- Experience in managing the payroll processes of more than one company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
- At least 5-7 years of experience in payroll processes, tallying and reporting
- Team management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of legal regulations and financial legislation
- Analytical thinking capacity and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organization skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
