What you’ll do

1. Advanced Process Mining and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive examinations of current margin assurance processes and infrastructure to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas ripe for enhancement. Explore and decide for sophisticated tools like Celonis or Signavio to deeply analyze and visualize existing workflows.
2. Incubation Project Management: Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance the organization's margin assurance capabilities. Actively work on the development and implementation of digital twin projects and AI-enhanced solutions, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and manage frameworks for innovative initiatives from conception through to MVP completion, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic goals.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration and Integration: Actively engage with Data Insight Engineers, Analysts, and other key stakeholders to synchronize objectives and integrate feedback into the incubation process. Collaborate across departments to aggregate insights, refine ideas, and build consensus on incubation ideas and process improvements, ensuring clear communication of findings and strategic recommendations.
4. Comprehensive Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth investigations into identified process issues using advanced root cause analysis techniques. This involves diagnosing underlying problems within margin assurance or leakage relevant business processes and crafting sustainable, data-driven solutions that address systemic challenges.
5. Data Insights & Communication: Document findings, progress, and outcomes from both process analysis and incubation projects. Prepare business cases and ideation reports and present them to relevant stakeholders to maintain transparency, garner support, and facilitate informed decision-making for ongoing and future projects.

Who you are

• 2-4 years of proven experience in telecom operations or data analysis, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of all relevant process steps required to perform data and process analysis and generate meaningful insights.
• Advanced knowledge in process analysis, enhancing the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Practical experience in tools such as Celonis and Signavio is a plus,
• Ability to understand and work with complex business and data models, facilitating accurate analysis and decision-making.
• Basic knowledge of risk management practices and principles, contributing to more secure and reliable outcomes is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning integrated with Office 365, including tools like Co Pilot and other AI features, is a plus. This expertise enables the effective application of these technologies to optimize processes and analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), crucial for effectively articulating findings, collaborating across teams, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
