Marketing Manager

• Help elaborate client specific tailor made marketing presentations in response to an official customer brief or a specific pitch
• Collaborate with regional category marketing teams and local marketing and account managers to better understand local markets, clients, consumers
• Support key account managers in client visits and position Givaudan as a partner of choice

• Market analysis, consumer data analysis, competitors monitoring
• Update and maintain our gap analysis and portfolio presentations
• Identify gaps at our customers to create new business opportunities
• Bring value to our customers through fragrance marketing analysis
• Develop business opportunities and help identify new clients to permanently fuel the proactive commercial dynamic
• Be the central contact for marketing, technology and sustainability in Turkey

• Identify new relevant trends and customize our internal marketing tools to each customer needs
• Showcase our new technologies and adapt them to each customer needs
• Create customer events to increase customer engagement

• Graduate or higher degree in Marketing or Business
• 2 – 3 years' experience in a marketing role in either the perfume industry or in a FMCG company with an appeal for the B2B business & the world of fragrances.
• Demonstrates knowledge of fragrance products, trends, key customers, and competitors
• Ability to analyse consumer data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding
• Able to translate findings into visualized, client-friendly, and easily digestible outputs
• Excellent interpersonal relations and good communication skills, team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Great command of English & Turkish
