We are looking for Trainees who is willing to gain marketing experience in a global pharma company.

Our trainees will embark on a journey by working on the launch product, driving innovation and excellence from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Department by working in coordination with the Brand Leads.
• Execute ad hoc analysis regarding business needs.
• Assist in cross-functional team meetings, coordinate meeting minutes and follow-up actions with related stakeholders.
• Perform monthly sales, market and prescription data analysis & contribute to the creation of monthly performance reports/presentations.
• Follow content/promotional material creation &localization & approval process in coordination with Customer Manager, Brand Leads, Medical Lead and 3rd party agencies.
• Play an active role in communication with 3rd party vendors including creative agencies; Maintain open lines of communication with third-party vendors, particularly creative agencies, to facilitate the exchange of ideas, assets, and feedback, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of prelaunch events, such as internal launches, conferences, and webinars, including logistical arrangements and promotional efforts.
• Monitor and report on the other countries best practices, keeping the team informed of activities and trends that may impact the prelaunch strategy.

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Being a 3rd / 4th year undergraduate student, preferably in Management, Economics or Engineering
• Able to work minimum 3 days per week
• High proficiency in MS Office programs (especially, Excel and Power Point)
• High degree of analytical thinking skills and ability to analyze
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills to ensure an objective representation of ideas and opinions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a cross functional team environment
• Highly agile learner with a solution-based mindset
