Job description

The Marketing Specialist should be a part of all marketing activities for the planning, development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets covering brand strategy, digital marketing to product marketing.

Profile

Detailed description of tasks:

Expertise in digital marketing execution including social media and SEM.

Coordinate and manage the creation of contents including websites, social media, blogs, and videos

Responsibility on social media accounts operation and Ads, website, email marketing and various digital marketing projects with marketing team.

Execution of the e-commerce on Motul Shop and marketplaces.

Responsibility for ensuring all products are listed and optimized to the highest standards across Motul Shop and marketplaces.

Increase listing rankings and search results to increase sales conversion and maximize revenue

Keep each marketplace updated with the latest product informations.

Use Google Analytics or other related tools to analyse stores and campaigns

Solid engagement, communications, and project management skills including B2B and B2C

Support during the event coordination and strong brand activation during races, fairs etc.

Support in life-style product catalog preparation, production process and to contribute increasing category awareness

Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns

Required qualifications:

University degree or comparable qualification in marketing and/or management (important is knowledge and highly understanding of marketing aspects)

Min. 2 years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing tasks, preferable in automotive sector, or at least producer with distributor and/or sales network

Knowledge in MS office applications and ERP systems (preferably SAP)

Language:

(1) English: Mandatory

(2) French: would be a plus

Ability to be part of a cross functional and multinational team for various projects

Commercial and business awareness

An analytical approach to work

Problem-solving skills and initiative

Good time management skills, the ability to prioritise and handles stress well

Self-motivated, convincing and strong personality
