OVERVIEW
RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
The team design, develop, and maintain systems that support customers' post-purchase experience. Our APIs are a vital part of the product and have numerous internal consumers. We leverage technologies such as Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, and AWS to establish these foundations. We prioritize automation and continuous integration and deployment to expedite the delivery of high-quality results
Design and collaborate with local and partner teams.

Work independently while demonstrating a bias for action and flexibility to evolving business needs.

Create quality, testable code and maintain a high bar for code quality, testing and automation while finding opportunities to continuously improve them.

Test all scenarios and conform to quality and security standards

Participate in design and code review to ensure quality and testability of feature code
-
Understand, identify, measure performance and success of features
-
Identify performance issues; apply knowledge of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals (e.g., cross-site scripting, security certificates)

Contribute to documentation of technical designs of systems

Java - 3+ years of experience
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, bootcamp or equivalent practical experience
-
A passion for innovation, clean code, and learning new technologies
-
AWS or other cloud
