We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator in Istanbul, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to the success of an international organization.

About the role
As an Office Administrator based in our Istanbul office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office. Reporting to the Country Manager, your responsibilities will range from managing administrative tasks, such as handling invoices, expense reports, and office supplies, to providing first-line support for both internal staff and external customers.

You will coordinate with external suppliers and accountants to ensure compliance with legal and financial guidelines, help organise events, and support the office's overall efficiency. This role offers the chance to collaborate with our global network while supporting financial and administrative reporting, budget management, and ensuring that our office meets high standards of organisation and service.

About you
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail. You should have a university degree, ideally with training in administration or accountancy. Fluency in Turkish and English (C1 level minimum) is essential.

You must possess strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and have experience in office administration. Experience working in a global organisation and in a customer support role is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is adaptable, has excellent time-management and decision-making skills, and can handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
