Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze customer requests, providing appropriate products and solutions.
Provide technical support to the sales team and conduct product-related training.
Contribute to product positioning by conducting market and competitor analysis.
Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, organizing trainings for partners and/or their customers, delivering presentations, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in presales processes and a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented and results-driven working skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience with Vmware & Veeam products and solutions.
Experience in customer relationship management and sales support processes.
