QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
At Real Star we count on the customer service department to interact professionally with our valued customers when they have questions or concerns.
We’re looking for Quality Control Agents to join our team.
The primary responsibility of a quality control agent is to listen to calls assigned to them by their manager, from all outbound call making departments, especially sales, and report them in the appropriate format.
Responsibilities

• Within the scope of the task given to, investigating the quality of speech and keeping them under record.
• Informing their manager in line with service quality.
• Listening and evaluating calls.
• Analyzing and transcripting sound data.
• Listening and evaluating customer service conversations with customers.

Required skills and qualifications

• The target language (English and/or French) should be at B2-C1 level.

Since the recordings of native customers in the target language will be listened to, Listening skills play a very important role.

• Must have the ability to understand accents.

There should be no deficiency in understanding the communication of our customers from different countries with us.

• Professional level reporting skills.

Reporting is a big part of the job on a daily basis.

• Proficiency in Google Office working tools.

Various office tools are frequently used when reporting.

• Must be able to adapt to coordinated teamwork and at the same time not have difficulty working alone.

Different progress is followed in various tasks.

• They must always be alert and have well-developed focus skills.

Even the slightest mistake while listening to a call can endanger the company.

• Must be able to work in a stable, monotonous environment.

Since the job requirement will mostly be to listen to and report on assigned records, must be able to adapt to this requirement without any problems and not get bored in the long run.
