What you’ll do

• Following up execution of relevant regulations that are in effect and published by Information and Communication Technology Authority (BTK) within the company.
• Supporting/ Coordinating namely technology departments and other relevant departments so that related functions produce outputs required by regulations.
• Ensuring consistency of the information submitted to BTK, provide draft regulations comments to the comment, and prepare presentations.
• Advising solutions within to ensure regulatory functionality regarding technical requirements from the business units are met;
• Being the point of contact for the regulatory division with other business units on all technical and regulatory matters.
• Providing advice on the technical aspects of any current or new legislation/regulation and identify and analyse legislation regulations and discussion documents that could have an impact on technical case related issues.
• Finding solutions relevant to regulative issues and base stations for all technical regions.
• Participating in the development, implementation and implementation of regulatory policy
• Following the technology infrastructure and suggesting solutions to common industrial problems
• Legislative reporting, analyses
• Managing the activities related to incoming official letters
• Submitting the letter to the relevant department
• Ensuring that official letters are prepared and sent within the relevant time
• Informing and following the relevant department actions to be prepared against any regulatory investigation or audit, preparing reports on audits and investigations and providing the necessary documents, representing the Company during investigations/audits
• Compliance obligation BTK & Competition Authority
• Addressing queries of BTK and engagement process

Who you are

• University degree in namely Engineering (preferably Electricity-Electronic-Communications-Industry-Business), Business Administration, Political Sciences, Economics,
• Min. 5 years of experience/interest in the fields of Telecommunication sector.
• Preferably Mobile & Fixed technology infrastructure knowledge,
• Excellent writing, reading, understanding and reporting skills
• Fluent English
• Excellent team work culture
