ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.you will be instrumental in driving Turpal’s revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with customers and closing new deals. Please apply using an English version of your resume
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to help them succeed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, product, and marketing
- Monitor and report on the commercial health of customer accounts
- Establish and sustain long-term, profitable partnerships with key players in the travel industry
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 3+ years of sales experience in a related industry in Turkey
- Proven experience with cold calling and the resilience to handle multiple rejections
- Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Travel technology solutions, B2B Saa S, Bed banks/leading OTAs, Hotel Sales
- Proficiency with IT tools, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite, CRM systems, etc.
- Strong sales acumen with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional to fluent proficiency in English
- Fluency in Turkish
- A startup mindset, with a willingness to adapt and embrace change in a tech-savvy environment
- Familiarity with the workflow of Destination Management Companies, inbound tour operators, or vacation rentals
- A robust network within the travel industry
