REQUIREMENTS
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant areas,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail with 5 years of experience in Area Management,
- Fashion forward: a real ambassador for our brand,
- Strategic thinking and result oriented,
- Analytical and business mindset,
- Strong command of English,
- No travel restriction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversees the management and operational excellence of all Jack & Jones stores, leading a team of VM Responsibles, Area Managers, and Operation Leads,
- Collaborate with the Expansion Manager to identify and evaluate new opportunities, selecting optimal locations for expansion throughout Turkey to ensure impactful brand representation,
- Proactively engage with Marketing and Planning departments to identify and assess current trends and styles, ensuring brand relevance and alignment in all strategic initiatives,
- Develop training programs for managers, fostering sales and customer service within store teams and collaborate in crafting competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent with HR department,
- Implement cost-control measures at the store level to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints,
- Generate accurate sales forecasts for stores and employ effective motivational strategies to drive team performance towards achieving sales targets,
- Formulate and execute annual business decisions and plans, closely monitoring their implementation for optimal effectiveness,
- Create strategies and carry out the necessary actions to ensure that the performance and service standards of the stores are high and maintained,
- Colloborates with cross-functional departments to ensure stores have the resources they need to meet their targets,
- Manage the visual team to determine the store display and visual standards. Provide training to the VM and Area Manager teams on current visual arrangements and to ensure the continuity of the standards created.
