Sales Senior Manager-FMCG&Retail

What you’ll do
- Responsible from overall growth, P&L and Vodafone Business Unit’s KPIs within FMCG & Retail sectors
- Build long term growth strategy and execution plan for high value customers in the FMCG & Retail sectors
- Manage the sales account managers for related sectors/ Lead the team for achieve sales against defined targets and objectives
- Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of Vodafone products and services (i.e. mobile, fixed and solutions)
- Manage the sales pipeline with a disiplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Responsible also from order to bill and bill to cash process to ensure revenue targets are met
- Establish business plans and ensure company resources (budgets etc.) are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver results targeted by the department
- Evaluate deal profitability using financial controls and analysis, tools provided by the company
- Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities and targeting potential customers
- Personal experience and involvement to win and retain high value segment customers/complex accounts and develop/maintain strategic
- Attract and enable sales talents to grow by creating opportunities in sales team
- Ensure sales teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth
- Ensure diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met
- Guarantee team’s compliance with Sales methods & tools (i.e. SFDC quality) to ensure alignment with other teams and functions
Who you are
- University degree
- Experience in telecommunication and technology sectors
- Min. 10+ years experience in sales management with strategic and corporate accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- C Level business network with relevant sectors
- Experience in team management
- Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of management
- Good commercial judgment and analysis skills
- Able to analyse and communicate the “bigger picture”
- Strong time management skills
- Organizational awareness
- Ability to influence people
- Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary
- Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
