We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in sales leadership, preferably with experience in online marketplaces. If you are ready to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer success, this role is for you!

- Lead and manage the Sales department, focusing on Telesales and supporting the field sales team to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth, achieve targets, and maximize revenue.
- Monitor the Telesales team’s performance to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and category management teams to align sales initiatives with product availability and market demand.
- Provide training and coaching to improve the sales team’s skills and performance.
- Oversee the Customer Success department to deliver exceptional post-sales support for buyers, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Design processes to enhance the buyer journey, build long-term relationships, and increase repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order delivery and top-tier customer support.
- Manage seller-side customer success, taking on vendor management (VM) responsibilities to support seller performance and sales growth.
- Create and implement sales enhancement plans, segmentation strategies, and vendor loyalty programs to increase seller engagement.
- Identify product assortment gaps and collaborate with internal teams to meet marketplace demand.
- Provide sellers with strategic insights to optimize listings and performance on the platform.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to create campaigns and promotions that drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Streamline communications between sellers, buyers, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Report regularly to senior management on performance, KPIs, and improvements across the sales and customer success functions.
