Our Toronto Imperial School, is expanding horizons! We are going to launch The Canadian Center post school graduation in Istanbul. This project will be based on the progressive Canadian educational model, synonymous with the comprehensive development of children and teenagers. Currently we are looking for a Sales Manager in Turkey (Istanbul) who will help us to promote international project.
Responsibilities:
· Participation in development and implementation of Marketing and Sales strategies
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and create targeted sales strategies.
· Set sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
· Provide coaching and development to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
· Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Requirements:
-Fluency in English/Turkish
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
-Deep understanding of the Turkish education market and its dynamics.
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-To be highly disciplined, with excellent time management and -organizational skills
