Why is the job exciting?
As Partnership Development Specialist you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners in payment business across Turkey. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to build and grow relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration that aligns with Payten’s business goals.
Partnership Strategy and Development
Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth and development.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
Negotiation and Agreement
Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and analyse partnership performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on partnership status, performance, and outcomes.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing partnership effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer support.
Communicate partnership goals, progress, and updates to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Min 3 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Business or Economics
Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing channel partners.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Strong drive to achieve results
Ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market needs.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Experience in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
