About the Role:

Acting as a trusted Shift Responsible, you will be involved in managing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to ensure high quality and capacity with safe production. You will work in a close relationship with quality, maintenance and logistic teams to provide efficiency for different production processes of this fundamental raw material for Ferrero: hazelnut.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring continuity in production by leading the shift
• Organizing the production team and facility preparations to execute production plan
• Carrying out production process according to the defined standards and supporting process-improvement actions
• Ensuring production efficiency both by complying with food and occupational safety standards at each stage of production; and supporting to minimize the production costs and losses
• Following technical deficits and ensuring their solutions
• Supporting training activities and guiding the production team to accomplish the production KPI’s
• Contributing to develop best practices to improve production efficiency, quality and reliability
• Contributing to Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) applications such as 5S, kaizen, autonomous maintenance, short interval meetings

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree
Preferably 1-4 years of experience
Analytical, open-minded, team player with good communication skills
Preferably having knowledge about lean manufacturing such as Kaizen, 5S and problem-solving methods
SAP knowledge is a plus
Fluency both in written and spoken English and Turkish
