We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager to manage our Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok pages. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Arabic, and French, and preferably from North Africa.

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on the performance of social platforms for paid and unpaid campaigns
• Develop visual content (designs and videos) across all social media platforms such as instagram, facebook and snapchat and other platforms
• conducting research and studying the target audience and current trends
• always aware of changes in all social media platforms to ensure maximum benefit
• supervising the design and creation of social media accounts
• reporting website traffic and monitoring and controlling SEO
• create content that attracts the attention of the audience and increases the rate of interaction on social media platforms
• Respond to customers through social media pages in a timely manner
• managing a high volume of daily social media posts
• performing other duties when needed

Qualification :

• excellent communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
• experience creating compelling content on all digital platforms
• attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task
• knowledge of social media analytics software for accurate reporting such as facebook İnsights, google analytics, etc
• experience with content management systems, word processor applications, photo and video editing software such as photoshop, illustrator, etc
