ABOUT THE TEAM

Trendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Build strong collaborative relationships and develop medium & long-term marketing strategies with the key brand partners and ensure all the activities are actualized in accordance with the strategy in line with Trendyol GO's growth and profitability objectives,
Lead the development of brands' campaign and marketing strategies and reporting,
Monitor brand accounts’ performance against the business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
Contribute to growth and profitability strategies of the local commerce business through adoption of new brand strategies,
Leverage data and analysis for performance monitoring of brand partners and to identify growth opportunities ,in terms of retention and acquisition and develop marketing plans,
Measure the success of new product features after launch and report on ways for further iteration,
Planning data-driven strategies to make sure our features and products match with our customers' goals, expectations and ensures overall satisfaction,
Work together with relevant teams on brand campaigns to increase engagement, retention, win back and acquisition based on a deep understanding of Trendyol GO and local commerce metrics,
Be comfortable with communicating with brand partners for performance meetings as well as to pitch Trendyol GO's brand partnership and campaign services.

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration or related departments are preferred),
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management/trade marketing/sales/account management,
Knowledge in SQL to analyse brands' performance and preparation of performance reports,
Experience with food/grocery delivery, e-commerce would be an advantage,
Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and data driven strategic decision-making skills,
Self-starter with an extreme ownership mindset.

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
