Role Overview


We are seeking a talented Video Editor based in Turkey to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our visual storytelling to life, from planning shoots and managing production schedules to editing and enhancing video content that aligns with our creative vision. Your work will be key to ensuring that all video projects are delivered on time, within budget, and reflect the high standards of Optimum7.


Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Follow scripts, screenplays, or outlines to produce engaging video narratives that captivate our audience.
• Editing and Production: Manage raw footage, including editing, splicing, and uploading content to our systems. Refine videos with sound, music, and voice-overs to elevate the storytelling.
• Graphics and Visual Enhancement: Integrate graphics, adjust lighting, perform color grading, and correct any visual discrepancies to ensure a polished final product.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Video Production team and the CEO to ensure that all video projects align with Optimum7’s vision and meet our creative and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media, production, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production team environment, with a solid understanding of video production processes.
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to take projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with producing content for various digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook Reels, You Tube, and Tik Tok.
