We are looking for an Accountant to join our team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, helping us improve the financial stability of the company and assist in expanding into the new GEO and developing the current structures.

Responsibilities

• Monthly preparation of document packages for onboarding new project participants/employees in accordance with the established process.
• Onboarding of individual entrepreneurs (FOP) and assisting new project participants with FOP registration.
• Closure of FOPs in line with the established process.
• Calculation of taxes and submission of reports.
• Preparation of tax payments and monitoring the payment of taxes.
• Preparation of insurance payments and monitoring the payment of medical insurance.
• Verification of compensation and budget control for Comp&Ben.
• Preparation and transfer of employee-related documents.
• Preparation of documents for offboarding/exit of employees.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an accountant managing individual entrepreneurs (FOP).
• Proficient in using a PC, with the ability to work in Google Docs.
• Experience working with the Taxpayer's Electronic Cabinet and the Diia service.
• Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
• Willingness to work in a multitasking environment.
