• Owner of the primary accounting activities such as (but not exclusively): cargo custom im-port, related import costs, transportation costs, inventories and other services, VAT e-invoicing, bank transactions input etc.
• Responsible for the timely input of cargo custom declaration, VAT e-invoices ready for sub-mission, bank statements and other accounting/tax activities.
• Completion of statutory accounts on a day-to-day basis.
• Strong support in fast statutory/Group period closing.
• Follow local GAAP and Group standards, policies and directives and ensure compliance with local rules and regulations, such as the Accounting and Reporting Manual (ARM).
• Maintain regular reconciliations and cross-checks with customers, local suppliers, transportation companies, custom brokers, service companies, external warehouses, tax authorities and others.
• Completion and submission of statistical data to government departments on monthly basis.
• Work closely with the country coordination team (CCT) in accounting, tax, legal and financial issues. Be informed about contractual obligations, claims and disputes.
• Compliance with Internal Control System (ICS) and company policies.
• Eliminate or reduce non value adding activities and implement process improvements.
• Follow labor discipline, internal labor regulation and instructions on safety.

• Minimum 1-3 year's experience in financial position(s).
• With a technically strong financial accounting background, including taxes.
• Experience with BAS (1C) and skills in Excel are required.

• Have a good level of accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Proactive, open minded and solution-oriented person.
• Good communication skills.
• English skills (A2 or B1) are preferable but not critical.
