KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Channel Manager E-Com , you will be responsible for working with key e-commerce partners and developing business in this channel.
- Implement the business development strategy for the online channel
- Build strong partnerships with key e-commerce customers and ensure an omni-channel approach for these customers
- Manage client sales growth and profitability in line with company and business unit objectives, analysing sales levels.
- Create and implement an annual business plan, taking into account all levels of growth: commercial contracts, promotional plans, online merchandising, profitability, terms and conditions, etc.
- Work with CRM and other digital tools
- Monitor client performance against the business plan and develop alternative strategies where necessary. Effective management of a team of key account managers, professional coaching
YOUR BACKGROUND
- At least 3-5 years' relevant experience in online sales
- Experience in team management and strategy development
- Deep understanding of digital tools and different sales mechanics
- Ability to analyse client performance and profitability, identify consumer trends and insights
- Experience of conducting complex commercial negotiations, strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
- English Upper-Intermediate
