At HKR, we took out our map \u D83D\u DDFA️ and compass \u D83E\u DDED and we’re currently on the lookout for new talented people in Ukraine to join our team in the shoes of a Customer Support Agent and assist our partner in the US. \u D83C\u DDFA\u D83C\u DDF8 You will provide exceptional customer support by answering support tickets, answering customer support calls, writing knowledge base articles, setting up customer calls for CSMs, and ad hoc special projects as determined by their manager. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues.

What you'll be doing?
- \u D83D\u DC55You will assist our US partner by communicating with their customers using the Zendesk platform; primarily, all interactions are written and happen via e-mail or live chat - no voice/phones (phewww! \u D83D\u DE2E\u D83D\u DCA8);
- \u D83D\u DC55You will provide an order status update (tracking links, emailing printers, etc.);
- \u D83D\u DC55You will help customers set up exchanges for sizing issues and send out replacements in case of any damaged items;
- \u D83D\u DC55You will offer support in editing their orders (shipping address/info, item details);
- \u D83D\u DC55You will make inquiries and identify specific apparel designs customers are looking for on our site.
About you
- \u D83D\u DCAA\u D83C\u DFFC You come with at least 1 year of past experience in online order entry or customer support roles;
- \u D83D\u DCAA\u D83C\u DFFC You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for someone proficient, with at least C1 level, both written and spoken;
- \u D83D\u DCAA\u D83C\u DFFC As we don't have a legal entity in Ukraine yet, we are looking to hire exclusively independent contractors;
- \u D83D\u DCAA\u D83C\u DFFC You have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and online collaboration tools;
- \u D83D\u DCAA\u D83C\u DFFC You are reliable and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing high volumes of tasks and inquiries, including order processing;
- \u D83D\u DCAA\u D83C\u DFFC You have strong people skills and a knack for problem-solving;
- \u D83D\u DCAA\u D83C\u DFFC You come with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- \u D83D\u DCAA\u D83C\u DFFC You have experience in using a CRM system or similar tool to manage customer interactions;
- \u D83D\u DCAA\u D83C\u DFFC You are fun, optimistic, have a good laugh and at thе same time give it your best professional self.
