Responsibilities:
— Technical support on chat and email

— Investigations and solving issues related to a different products

— Debug and troubleshooting integrations

— Preparing and running queries in DB

— Widgets Design

Requirements

Primary requirements:
\- Linux shell

\- My SQL

\- Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira etc)

\- HTML & CSS

\- Rest API

Will be a plus:
\- Any programming language

Language proficiency:
— Upper-intermediate English

— Native ukrainian
