What you’ll do in this role

• Develop and refine drone control algorithms, with an emphasis on resilience to interference in challenging conditions.
• Use Ardu Pilot to integrate, customize, and deploy solutions, employing C++ for core features and Python for scripting and ground control.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on iterative development to meet rigorous technical and operational standards.
• Engage with UAV hardware and cross-platform environments to ensure adaptability across diverse scenarios.
• Stay ahead of trends in performance and security, actively contributing to safeguarding drone operations from interference risks.

We’re looking for

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Ardu Pilot: Expertise in architecture, customization, and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python: Proven ability in developing embedded systems and UAV-focused scripts.
• Solid understanding of UAV hardware-software interactions: Experience with cross-platform setups.
• Background in defense or high-stakes environments: Awareness of operational security and robustness.
• Adaptability and initiative: Capable of thriving in a dynamic startup setting and handling rapid development cycles.
• Excellent English communication skills, at least upper-intermediate level.
