What you’ll do in this role

• Provide on-site support for the vehicles, assisting operators with setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of the robotic systems.
• Conduct demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of autonomous vehicles.
• Deliver training sessions to equip end-users with the knowledge and skills to operate robots effectively and independently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for field support, addressing technical issues and coordinating with the engineering team to escalate more complex problems.
• Gather feedback from operators and field teams to inform ongoing improvements in product design and functionality.
• Maintain regular communication with the product and engineering teams to update them on operational insights and field performance.

We’re looking for

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel without significant restrictions (within reasonable limits).
• Engineering or technician background with proficiency in both software and hardware troubleshooting (coding experience is not required, but a strong technical foundation is necessary).
• Proficiency in English for communication with an international team.
• Fluency in Ukrainian to interact with local operators and clients.

• Familiarity with the demands of working with advanced technology in challenging environments.
• Background in robotics, with knowledge of ROS or ROS2 for troubleshooting and understanding system behavior.
• Strong connections within the armed services, facilitating trust and ease of integration within military settings.
