Finance Partners, one of the departments of Soft Serve, is a team of professionals who assist the Customer Success Leader with budgeting, planning, model-based pricing, analyzing, and reporting aspects.
We also play an active role at the corporate finance level: improving budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems, Moreover, we identify issues, gather data, and conduct analyses. By doing so, we contribute to business development and help to implement change.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with at least 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or financial management
• Qualified with a bachelor's or master's degree in financial management, financial analysis, or a similar field
• Knowledgeable about how a software development company operates
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent in self-organization and time management
• Adept at problem-solving and maintaining high standards of work quality
• Strong in analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem structuring, creativity, and quantitative proficiency
• Comfortable with ambiguity and committed to delivering accurate and high-quality results
• An empathetic team player with a positive outlook and an open communication style
• Receptive to feedback, perceptive of others' emotions, and confident without being arrogant
• Skilled in presentation and communication
• Fluent in English at an upper-intermediate level

AND YOU WANT TO

• Supervise the budgeting process at both corporate and departmental levels, including preparing plan-fact analyses and KPI calculations
• Oversee the forecasting process at both corporate and departmental levels, covering revenue and cost forecasts
• Manage model-based pricing processes at both corporate and departmental levels
• Engage in continuous analytical tasks and monitoring to build and maintain a corporate reporting system
• Establish effective communication with stakeholders to streamline the development, collection, and analysis of required information
• Analyze delivered information, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to the Customer Success Leader (CSL), budget owners, and senior management
• Contribute to the creation of new reports at both corporate and departmental levels
• Ensure effective and timely communication between corporate finance and all stakeholders involved in finance-related activities
• Analyze input information to ensure it meets requirements and performance targets
