Support Your App family is growing, and we have a new opening for the Hiring Specialist to screen, attract, evaluate and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within our team. You’ll be a part of a goal-oriented team and directly impact the company’s scale.
You’ll meet exciting challenges, and will constantly grow in technology and international environment.
To be successful in this role, you need to ensure we offer a positive candidate experience and meet our hiring needs.

What you will do:

Attract candidates through various job platforms;
Advertise open roles on various channels;
Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities;
Work closely with different departments to forecast staffing needs;
Conduct different researches;
Conduct interviews via video;
Be an ambassador of Support Your App and promote our company’s brand and values.

What you need to succeed in this role:

Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+) and Ukrainian;
Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking System;
3 years of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience;
Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;
Desire to advance in IT;
Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills;
Open, easy-going personality.

Will be a great plus:

Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus.
