Our client is a leading, independent national insurance and financial services firm from the U.S., specializing in employee benefits, property and casualty insurance, wealth management, and retirement services. Soft Serve is set to revamp the GPS interface, focusing on modern UX principles to boost usability and elevate insurance sales results. The project targets enhancements such as a unified user interface, streamlined integration, integrated analytics, modular architecture, and advanced output customization.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in .NET development with strong skills in C#
• Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban
• Familiar with design patterns, testing methodologies, and CI/CD tools such as Git Hub CI, Jenkins, and Travis
• Proficient in cloud services, specifically Azure
• Skilled in leadership with a proactive management style
• Experienced as a team lead, with a track record of guiding and supporting teams
• Effective in maintaining daily communication with English-speaking software engineers on the client side
• Experienced in developing projects from scratch as an added advantage (optional)
• Knowledgeable in React (would be a plus)
• Proficient in testing and quality assurance (nice to have)
