We are looking for an experienced Lead Service Now Developer to architect, develop, and maintain complex workflows and solutions on the Service Now platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, leading a team of developers, and driving the technical strategy for Service Now implementations across various modules. Your role will involve hands-on development, integrations, and customizations, with a focus on delivering high-performance and efficient solutions.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the Service Now platform
• Architect and implement complex solutions using Service Now's APIs, including REST, SOAP, and Glide Record scripting
• Design and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Workflows, and Flow Designer processes
• Manage and optimize platform performance, including troubleshooting performance issues and providing tuning recommendations
• Ensure platform security and compliance by implementing proper ACLs, security roles, and UI Policies
• Stay up to date with Service Now platform releases and lead upgrade and patch efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in Service Now development and architecture, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities
• Strong knowledge of Java Script, Glide API, Angular JS, HTML5/CSS3, and Service Now's client-server architecture
• Proven experience with advanced scripting, including Glide Record, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience in designing and implementing Custom Scoped Applications
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Service Now Orchestration, and Event Management
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes and the ability to implement them effectively in Service Now
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams
• Service Portal or Employee service Center experience is a big plus
