We are looking for a talented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our projects in the Salesforce domain.
Please note we are considering candidates from Lviv!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level (B2-C1)
• Experience working with several projects simultaneously
• Great time management skills, prioritizing and scheduling
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication skills, ability to define clients needs and abreast team dynamics

Will be a plus:

• Certifications in Scrum, Kanban
• Understanding of Time & Material, Fixed Price type of contracts

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Manage all stages of Salesforce projects, from discovery and planning through to execution and delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Lead Agile or Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage the project backlog and prioritize tasks in collaboration with the product owner or client
• Ensure all Salesforce solutions meet the agreed-upon quality standards and functional requirements
