Remote allowed Part-time

We’re opening the position of a Middle UI/UX Designer as an extension to the existing team of our Client – a US-based company providing construction management software to take control of every phase of a facility lifecycle: from planning through construction to occupancy. The Client is looking for some extension to their existing team to work on new design for the new version of the product.

The involvement is assumed to be part-time.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders and the team to define the project requirements and objectives
Work closely with Developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions
Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with the brand guidelines and design principles
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions
Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results

Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or In Vision
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
English level – Upper-Intermediate

Will be a plus:
Experience working in Agile development environments
