Project Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager for Diia.City United.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Job Type: Full-time, flexible schedule 70/30 office time
We're seeking a Project Manager for Diia.City United to manage project planning, documentation, timelines, and communication, while providing timely reports and reminders. This role will play a key part in developing the newly formed organization.
Responsibilities:

Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
-
Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines.
-
Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
-
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones, and prioritize tasks based on urgency and project timelines.
-
Regularly send reminders to team members and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are respected and tasks are on track.
-
Identify potential risks and work with the team to mitigate them proactively.
-
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
-
Use tools such as Slack, Google Drive/Docs, Telegram (potentially Whats App), etc. to manage tasks, communications, and document sharing.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant.

At least an Intermediate level of English.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
-
Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, calendars, Zoom/Teams/Meet, AI-assisted programs including meeting protocol and transcript preparation).

Personal qualities: attention to detail, communication, presentation skills.
Reporting: Reports directly to the COO and functionally to the CEO
Hiring Process:

Interview with Recruiter - 45 min

Test Task - 3-4 hours

Interview with COO - 30 min

Final call with CEO - 30 min
