Project Manager (Video Team)

At the end of last year, we took a major step towards the future of our business. We introduced a network video recorder and three wired cameras — products in which video surveillance meets the highest security standards.
Our cameras combine high-resolution video surveillance with an unprecedented level of privacy. They are equipped with built-in AI recognizing various objects, including people, vehicles, and pets.
We are looking for a new player to join our video team and contribute to developing these products with us.
Knowledge and skills required:

Problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible mindset - A getting-things-done approach
- Strong communication skills with the engineering team and senior leadership
- Ability to analyze risks and consider them in delivery
- Knowledge of various development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
- Personal organization and multitasking, attention to detail
- Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English or higher.
Responsibilities:

Ensuring complete transparency of projects (order in documentation, reports, tasks) - Manage multiple development teams (software, hardware, mechanic, optics)
- Coordinate work with related departments, such as other development teams, supply chain, production during product launch
- Planning and coordinating all project activities
- Preparing and organizing the necessary project documentation Leading and motivating the project team.
Will be a plus:

Project management experience in hardware or embedded projects - Experience working with cross-platform projects
- Knowledge of production processes and vendor relations.
- Familiarity with video surveillance technologies and video processing basics.
