What you bring along:

• At least 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails (Ro R);
• Solid with Postgresql;
• Have a deep understanding of cloud-native applications using Ruby on Rails,
• Experiences in building web applications and servers of any scale;
• Familiar with PUMA;
• Strong experience with Rails API;
• Skilled in writing request & unit tests;
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Cognito, S3, and RDS;
• Proficiency with Swagger;
• Knowledge of auth strategies, including Devise & Warden;
• Experience with microservices architecture;
• English – Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Healthcare or Pharma business domains;
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Feel good in a dynamic project that is developing quickly.

This is your mission:

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code;
• Support and develop new features in LBA (Legacy backend application) & Trainings on ROR services;
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems;
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
